June Gathering

After the long wait, PPI Nottingham and the Indonesian Society of UoN was finally able to hold a small gathering and breakfasting event for the Indonesian students to celebrate the holy month of Ramadan and the successful Indonesian Festival and to mark the end of the academic year for undergraduate students.

Just like our previous event, various Indonesian traditional dishes from light snacks, street food to heavy dishes was served with Teh Botol as the main drink.

The attendance was quiet above our expectation as around 50+ people attended - we hope that we could have more events like this in the future as it brings people from different courses and levels of study together. We even have fellow Indonesian students from other cities visiting us and joining in our events.
